I’ve been burned before by bad service. For a minute there I thought that there actually existed a decent roofer. Obviously I was wrong. Ridgeview Roofing does not stand behind their work. They are just another "take the money and run" outfit.
The job was finished in a day, just as promised. Jim told me that he found the source of the leak and sealed it. I specifically asked him what would happen if it leaked again and was assured that he will come back and fix it. It rained three days later. The leak was still there just as before. I called Jim the very next day, thinking that he will come back as promised. How silly of me! As of today, two weeks after it rained, I left 5 messages for Jim on Ridgeview’s answering machine. He never bothered calling back. I am now wondering about the part of the roof that they replaced...
