I can only give recommendation for skincare service as I only have experience with this category. Was very fortunate to get same day appointment for facial and have been a few times-consistent service. Desk attendants are hit or miss friendly, (I have higher expectations than most coming from the Midwest) but Estheticians are top notch. Nancy is super!
love love love this place. I have been a customer from the beginning and followed them to their spot in Allendale and love it just as much, if not better. My hair always looks amazing and I constantly get compliments on how natural my hair looks. I have a reddish color so sometimes it's hard to do anything different but this place never disappoints me!
